Paceman Upgrade Suggestions on Countryman Talk

I am looking to do some upgrades to my Paceman and I was suggested to come to this side of the forums to get ideas. All I want to do is add at least 20 HP minimum to my car. A guy recommended a type of cable chip thing, but I am not too sure about those whether they are a hit or miss.

Any comments, suggestions, links are welcome.

no, I don't. my plan has always been to go with mariokart's stage 2 manic tune, as he is a trusted member of this forum and his reviews are stellar.
I follow this forum quite regularly and have read great reviews on the JB+, on any turbo mini, and lately I've been tempted by the deals on them in the marketplace, but my CMS all4 is not being my friend right now and I want to be 100% sure its healthy before doing anything else to it.

@one73ronin that makes hella sense really. It seems like my car is ready for whatever I wanna throw at it because it's still new to me with such little mileage. I am just looking to achieve about 50HP added to my car and I'll be

for 20hp the best and easiest bang for the buck will be an ECU tune.
