If I had the financial wherewithall to get the twincharger kit right away, this would be a non-issue, I'd leave the stock pulley and wait for the kit's release. But, I'm not that patient. I want the car to be quicker and more responsive now, but I don't want to do a pulley upgrade that I might, sometime in the next year, have revert back to stock size in order to allow installation of the twincharger while maintaining a margin of safety for the engine. I'm hoping that 15% will still be OK for use with the twincharger.
As for the pulley, you should get one now - you can always switch back. Considering the cost of the turbo kit, paying to switch the pulley back is peanuts. And this way you can enjoy the power now and in case you don't get the turbo, you didn't waste any time driving stock.

What's amazing is how much abuse members take when people make posts like this one. A production kit will be released shortly, oh yea, where is it? Just what's your definition of shortly anyway? TWINCHRGDMINI's last post on this thread was 2-27-2004 and it's 8-11-2004.

With this kit, you can have the best of both worlds.
Pictures, dyno sheet, and more info will be posted shortly.
BTW, it is amazing how much abuse this motor can take.

The kit is in its final stages of long term testing. We have made numerous improvements that will make this a reliable, easy to install, off the shelf kit that will add over one hundred actual WHP in a clean factory like setup. The visual as well as audible cues will only add to the obvious increase in performance and fun factor.
We will be unveiling the Twincharger Kit at the upcoming SEMA Show November 2-5 in Las Vegas. In preparation for the show, we will be doing last minute testing at various racing events in order to determine how far we can push the factory components. Hopefully, we will not exceed its limits as our testing will culminate with our "Cannonball Run" from coast to coast ending with a cruise down the Las Vegas strip into the Convention Center for the show. Pictures and videos will be taken so stay tuned.....
As a side note: we built a second car, a 2004 MCS, that helped us accumulate far more data than we could have obtained with one car alone. This car was twincharged with only 60 miles on the odometer and over a two week periord, over 3000 hard miles were logged including a quick run to Florida and back. So much for following manufacturer break in procedures!
