New owner with oil leak

Hi, I bought a used 2008 Clubman S back in October and so far it has been great. In the last month it has developed a minor oil leak (a few drops a night). I took it into the dealer (Flow Mini of Raleigh) to check it out and they said it requires three fixes.
  • valve cover gasket leaking, $285
  • oil pan gasket leaking, $475
  • front main seal leaking, $365

For a total of $1,125, that seems excessive to me. The service rep said there is no rush and it isn't a big problem. Any suggestions (besides getting a quote from an independent mechanic)?

The only snake oil product that has ever worked for me was this
Amazon.com: ATP AT-205 Re-Seal Stops Leaks, 8 Ounce Bottle: Automotive Amazon.com: ATP AT-205 Re-Seal Stops Leaks, 8 Ounce Bottle: Automotive
.

I used it in an older Beemer that someone put synthetic oil instead of conventional oil and all the seals started to weep. $10 fix amazed me and held.

The valve cover gasket is pretty straightforward to fix yourself if you have some basic skills and tools. My oil pan gasket has been leaking for a long time....I've just put up with it. I haven't dealt with the front main seal....that might be a little more difficult.

I took your advice and purchased the Re-Seal from Amazon. Lo and behold, it solved the oil leak. It has been three days and there are no drops on my cardboard underneath the car. Thanks!

Back in May, the lead came back and ended up going to an independent shop. It was the front main seal and valve cover gasket. Repaired for much less than the dealer was asking. Fast forward to August and it has been working great.
