Frontend skid plastics

I just realized I don't have any skid plates on my 03 mini S. WTH. Why would the previous owner take these off?

It's a pain getting to the oil filter.

It holds dirt, oil and other drippings.

They went off-road and it was torn off?

I know from working on many cars, shops hate having to remove them in order to do simple tasks like oil changes, and some less reputable shops will leave them off. Sadly the plastic on the MINI is really easy to remove and takes seconds, my guess would be they removed it doing maint and forgot to put it back on when the job was complete, and just never bothered to reinstall. Hopefully you can find replacements, I know in a siblings Ford, hers was missing and every time she drove it in wet conditions, the belt would pop off and then she would call me lol

Should be a piece of cake after you obtain the few proper size screws to put it on,
especially if you have some ramps to drive up on.

Comes with the hardware.

These get removed or ripped off when you have a lowered MINI.
