Drivetrain blow through/map/speed density tuning

What are you hoping to gain from speed density? The mini ECU already can see manifold pressure and intake temps. I wouldn't be surprised if there were already VE tables in the ECU. I'm no expert in the subject but it sounds like you need to do some more reading about what SD tuning is and what the current options are for tuning the R56.

certain markets don't have air flow meters. I know the Duell AG guys have posted pics of cars without air flow meters. I'm sure you can find a tuner to flash the files from one of those markets into your DME if you really wanted it.

I think a blow through setup might work out better, now only if there was a manic dealer in california, i could ask tuners these questions
