Crap. You were there & I didn't even get to meet you. We were all the way at the far end - me, my wife & my daughter.

 

Anyone coming out on June 5th? I'm planning on coming, tho I do think it should be more than once/month.

Bump!? No one reads this section of the forum....Anyone going on the 5th? I'll be out there. I went there tonight to try the pizza with some friends and it was good! Where do you guys usually park? I don't want to show up and no one else comes! :(

There may not be many watching this thread, but I guarantee that there will be a good crowd. No special place to park, just near a MINI if possible. I'm not sure if I will be there or not because I will just be back from a bike trip to the Gap, but who knows.

 

You must come! I've never been to a car event before...this should be fun! I went there last night and one of the hostess' would look good in my MINI!

Hi all. I am back on days now, whoo hoo. I hope to start making the monthly meetings. I had a blast at the MINI Art Drive and can't wait to meet you all again.:impatient

 

Never met me! I did see you at the autocross....now you will meet me! Next week. That autocross is going to be fun! And btw: Wish me luck at getting a job as a lot tech at Cincinnati MINI! I'm going up Tuesday to talk to a guy.

Alright guys: Dewey's tomorrow!

Funny story: I work at a Kroger store (well, I work both there and Cinci MINI) but anyway, I see MINI's come in there sometimes. This nice older lady (40's) was sitting in a HB/W MCS and I stoped and said hello. We started talking and I told her about the Cinci Rally, and Dewey's pizza. She said she would try to make it out, so hopefully she can come. HB/W MCS with "Chuby Ckr" license plate, checkered sunroof, and checkered mirrors.

And another person I work with, her mom has a CR/B MCS. I told her to ask her mom and see if she can meet us up there! Hopefully we'll have a couple of new MINI owners.

What time are we meeting? I told that lady 8:00pm but looking at this thread it says 7:00pm. now I feel bad.

Anyway, I'll see you all tomorrow! But, how do we idenify eachother? We should all get matching Cinci MINI t-shirts or something!

Btw: I think I might have to replace my serpentian? belt. If anyone can help me out tomorrow night I would highly appreciate it. Just look for a Indi Blue MINI that squeals! .

I'm going to have Cinci MINI take a look at it...and I hope it's under warrenty. If it's not, I'm going to do it myself but I'll do an ALTA 17% pully at the same time. The only problem is I won't be able to get the pully for a while so it better last!

 

Is this at 7:00pm tonight?

It's definitely at 7PM. It will be a large group of people waiting for a big table & someone will have a MINI t-shirt or hat on. Otherwise, just ask the hostess where the MINI group is seated. I am not sure if we will be there tonight or not. Too much stuff to do after coming home on the bike from the Gap yesterday.

Motor Ins are moving to Nothing But Noodles in Crestview Hills, KY for the next 3 months. First one is Mon. Oct. 2nd. Check the CinciMINIs website for details...

? Musical chairs ? What was wrong with Quaker Steak ?

 

Nothing. I believe the group is trying to rotate the meet around to make it convenient to people in different areas of the city.

 

Yes, I've talked to Beth about it before. Every 3 months they switch locations due to the vast amount of people from different area's, ie. KY, Cinci, Dayton, etc.

Needless to say I won't be going until it changes back to Ohio, probably Quaker State because I'm not driving that far, plus I'll get lost.

The Motor Ins are back on the Ohio side of the river starting Tuesday, Jan. 2nd, 2007 at 7PM. New location Motor-In at LaRosa's Boudinot. It is a West side/ Central location for the next 3 months.
