Tire rack does not have them in stock but found them and gave me a better price than anywhere I could find. Will be delivered in 10 days or so considering the 4th is next week. They also included the center ring, lug tool and 20 lug bolts for the rims. All at 150 each.
I should add they do hit you for 90 for shipping but all in all, still over $100 less than anywhere else I could find.

Here is the order:

REQUIRED CENTERING RING
4 In Stock N/C N/C
LUG INSTALLATION TOOL
1 In Stock N/C N/C
18X8 5-112 ET45 ENKEI VR5#
4 Out of Stock $149.00 $596.00
REQUIRED LUGBOLT FOR VEHICLE
20 In Stock N/C N/C

I got them from a guy named Todd at Tirerack but he said to wait until we can confirm fitment on the vehicle before we start dancing.

They are 18 x 8, 5x112 with an ET45. They should work, shouldn't they?

what is the best tire size for this? 215 40 18 or 215 35 18? anyone squeeze 225s on? I do not plan to lower the car. It will stay stock....

btw - I have a 2014 MCS 2 door hardtop.

here is the rim, photos on the car to come....

Since you've already ordered them, just wait till they come and test fit one w/o a tire. That will tell you a lot. If you're ok at that point, then mount one tire and test fit again.

If they haven't arrived yet and you want a head start, do this - with the existing wheels on your car, crawl under and measure clearance to struts, springs, etc. Then pull a wheel and measure the wheel width, backspace, etc and calculate your offset. Now you have a baseline to compare your new wheels to. You'll quickly be able to tell where the backside of the new wheel is compared to existing and if you'll have any problems. Step two of the process is tire fitting. I stick w/ stock tire sizes and only a slightly lowered suspension. Minimizes problems.

Good luck

Hi Buddy,
I just added some BBS but 17' with the same 5x112 and ET 45 with 225-45-17 and it fits fine with not rub or graze. But mine are 17's. My car is a 2015 F56 Base with stock height. Good luck with the new wheels.

I like those rims!!!!
almost went for those myself.

you got crazy clearance between your tires and wheel wells. even mine with the stock rims have less than yours!

SPARCO TROFEO 5 GOLD RIMS 18 x 8 OFFSET 45mm, BACKSPACING 6.30", BOLT PATTERN 5-112 W/ MICHELIN PILOT SPORT 205/40ZR18
These are installed on my lowered 2018 MCS, no rubbing whatsoever. You may be fine with 225 tires once you don’t lower your ride height.

why only 205's? are these considered "stretched" on an 8" rim?
how about a down the line shot of those?
thanks for posting

Thanks love the look of the BBS over the stock 15's. Yeah I was surprised at the space I had also. But now I wanna drop the car a little;) But would prob go with the safe 205-45-17 If I were to drop the mini.

copajoe Jul 12, 2018 09:04 PM

mine are on back order found out today they wont show up for another 10 days.

im getting itchy for em!!!!

copajoe Jul 26, 2018 07:52 PM

Finally showed up and had them installed today.
18x8 Enkei VR5's with 225 40 18 Continental Extreme Contact tires.
I have experienced no rubbing at all but my buddy at MINI of SD is going to get under it tomorrow to confirm the clearances all the way around. May look into a drop (if possible) but the ECU tune is next....

meaty tires are the best. did your buddy find any issues?

copajoe Aug 6, 2018 09:56 PM

No issues

Clearance is tight but they clear with no rubbing. Hit some hard corners and some pretty good bumps in the road. All good.....

R53hyperblue Aug 24, 2018 06:32 AM

Do u think will clear the JCW calipers/brakes? I am very interested in buy the same wheels

hope u can help me

copajoe Aug 24, 2018 11:11 AM

Yes

Honestly I cannot be certain but the is a LOT of room above the stock brakes that lead me to believe the brembos would work no problem.

remember, if you go, test for one prior to mounting just to be sure!

R53hyperblue Aug 24, 2018 11:16 AM

Hi Coppajoe, thank you so much!!!

That will help me, also this model is also identical as the Enkei Kojin, right ??

copajoe Aug 24, 2018 11:24 AM

?

No idea
good luck

R53hyperblue Aug 24, 2018 11:28 AM

ok only last question, do u think could fit a tire 205/40/18 in that wheel ?

copajoe Aug 24, 2018 11:31 AM

Probably

But it would be stretched and i do not think it would look good at all. Minimum go 215 or shrink the width to 7, 7.5 max.

ok. I'm out.

Look at my previous post with pics of 205s on an 8” rim. You decide. My car was customized at the mini dealership, they decided on the 205s and I haven’t had any issues (note it’s also lowered with KWs v1 coilovers).

Thank you so much for your reply 6FT6!

I dont know what size if 215,225 or 235, I have a friend with a F56 JCW with exactly the same wheels that I will install, but he in 17" and mine 18x8.

He has 235/45/17 and looks awesome, what do u think ?

That looks boss! Do you plan on lowering? If not I don’t see why you can’t run with wider width tires, go with 225.
I may do a test fit of 215 and see how it runs.

R53hyperblue Aug 29, 2018 11:48 AM

My friend has 235 and looks incredible hehehe, but I have little fear because he has wheels 17" and mine will be 18", I think 225 will be great for me. =)
