OEM "Roulette Wheels". Got them from Allmag Auto in Florida. My car came with the JCW exterior package and the wheels are nice and all... But something about the roulette wheels just calls out to me. They're heavy but so pretty!

I went with these same wheels on my F56 JCW - they mount right up with no hub rings and the OEM center caps transfer over easily. The black is a nice complement to the wheels arches as well.

Thanks for the info.

Was able to come across the Neuspeed install instructions:
http://www.neuspeed.com/media/attach..._UserGuide.pdf

They mention having to get dealership to reset the TPMS
software, also stating that wheel install needs to avoid using
impact wrench or air gun with the Lug Torque to be 125 N-m
(90 Lbs-Ft) and the lug bolt tightening order spec to be
1 - @ 12 O'Clock
2 - @ 5 O'Clock
3 - @ 9 O'Clock
4 - @ 3 O'Clock
5 - @ 7 O.Clock

The Neuspeed RSE05's come in two 17" wheel variants. The custom
fit variant for our JCW cars is Spec 17 X 7.5, Offset +40, Center
Bore 66.5 mm, whereas for VW and Audi they measure 17 X 8,
Offset +45, and Center Bore 57.1. We would need to use spacers
with this variant. The pricing I found that was the lowest for 4 wheels
in the JCW variation is at ECS Tuning. $957.42 plus Shipping of $125.
Mini Mania was the other listing for the JCW version but they totaled
$1,119.80 plus $200 Shipping. Guess which ones I decided on ordering?

Finally got new wheels/tires

After months of thinking about it and waiting for winter to be over (still waiting...), I finally got these installed yesterday.

17" OZ Supertourismo LM
205/45/17 Bridgestone g-force Comp 2 A/S (I got too impatient for summer tires, still cold in CLE)

The installer noted that they were rubbing the front struts. After calling Tirerack, they said they were a guarantee fit so had the installer contact them. They advised putting the rims on, and lowering the car to the ground to get weight on the suspension. There's now a 2mm gap between tire and front strut. So gonna drive a bit on them and head back to the shop to make sure everything's still good.

Cheers!

Just noticed this post and the instructions for torque on these wheels. That 90 ft lbs is not for a 3rd generation MINI. I used 101 as per the owners manual. I'm pretty sure you use manufacturers specs and not wheel mfg numbers which were more likely from prior gens.

If you followed this you might want to break out the wrench and tighten it up a bit.

Vetsvette, these are awesome wheels. They are light and look fantastic. Also one of my the very few that will clear JCW calipers. With 215-45/17 handles like in rails

howd it all work out? My wife has a 4 door S and I’m thinking of getting the Konig Oversteer rims in 17x8 but the site I looked at said they wouldn’t fit. She has factory 16’s. Bolt pattern and offset are the same as other rims that say are ok. Maybe the 8” width is the problem? Wondering what the problem would be. I see others on this thread have 8” wide rims. Any advice? Btw everything on it is stock.

It all worked out great, love the look and no rubbing issues at all. I think the 8 in wide rims are the issue. I'm not an expert in this subject at all, but you may need to add some spacers to give more room for your struts/suspension parts, but it also depends on how wide the tire is. I'd do a bunch of searching on here to see what others have done in terms of spacers and tire size in order to get 17 x 8 rims to fit.

My experience using tire rack was pretty seemless really, I'd use them again for anything rim/tire in the future. Had the wheels shipped to the local approved shop and only had to pay $40 to install them.
