I was the owner of an 02 MCS from May 02-Oct 05. Loved the car and after I went through the runflats, I put on these rims and tires. I put about 5k miles on them before selling the car. It was getting a little too small for the kids to fit in the back. I saved the rims since you never get what you paid out of them, and I hoped I would buy another MCS in the future.

I'm finally letting these rims and tires go since they are just taking up space. I have a 62 Lincoln convertible project now that is sidelining the future MCS purchase.

4 barely used 17x7 Kosei K1 TS with Kuhmo Ecsta MX 215/40ZR17
The rims are almost like new with a few small nicks and no curb rash. I drove the tires hard since the grip was amazing. The front tires are just about shot and the rears look very good. There are no threads showing on the fronts, but they probably are not good for anything but dry pavement and autoX.





These rims are $800 new and I'm asking $650 for rims and tires. You can't go wrong if you are looking for lightweight rims.

I am located in Northern Virginia and would prefer to sell local if possible unless someone pays shipping and it isn't too difficult. I'm willing to deliver in the DC, MD and northern VA. We might be able to work something out anywhere else within a few hours drive. Any excuse to drive my new baby.

hey, i am interested. can you sennd me more pics. do you have hubcentric rings for these? if so, metal or plastic? i live on long island, possible pickup/meeting point or even delivery. i have a fedex account, so maybe it wont be too bad.

ltg123 - The rims are hubcentric. They have metal rings that feel like aluminum but I'm, not sure. My wife's family is in Westchester. I think we are heading up the first week in June for a visit if you want to wait that long.

Muggy - Yes, the car is like the one in the opening of Entourage. That one is a 65 and mine is a 62.

i would like a little closer photo of the finish. also, are these the gray color that is on tirerack, or the silver. june might work, but honestly it would only cost me about 60 bucks to have them picked up from fedex. all you would have to do is cut round cardboard discs, 2 per side, tape em up and i'll handle the rest. my only problem is, i'm not too sure on the color with my royal grey mcs.

Sorry it took so long for the pictures. These wheels are light grey and I ordered them from tirerack. I took these pictures indoors with no flash. The other picture was outside in the sun. The color is somewhere in between.

Don't let your travel plans stop you. Everyone needs a good set of summer wheels/tires. Then you can get snow tires on the factory wheels for those 2 days of snow we got this year.

Sorry I haven't checked in a while. I sold the wheels/tires last week to a local guy in Maryland. We met and exchanged money already so they are gone for good. I'm sure I'll end up with another Mini now and regret selling them.
