I love the wheels, but I hate to say it but you can get the same wheels and tires from tire rack for 1200.
Sweet wheels though, once I get my tax return in I am going to either get new wheels or replace my bald tires.

Right, i paid around $1300 something with shipping

I'm offering them for $1200 SHIPPED, so you save a little bit, but feel free to make an offer if you're considering them, i do know that Tirerack was almost out of stock when i bought them some 3 weeks ago.

These wheels DO COME with the run flat sensors.

Is that something you added. There are aftermarket sensors that will send the tire pressure to a pod in the car. Otherwise Mini only looks for a change in the speed of the wheel and that sensor is not in the wheel but on the brake rotor assembly, if I remember correctly. I could be wrong in this and if so sorry to rain on your parade.

i just removed my stock brakes and there were no seonsors on the rotors
i was told the sensors are somewhat big, square looking and go behind the wheel stem and that is the sensor on ea./wheel

without these i am told the run flat won't pick up on a low tire

The OEM sensors (2 total) are actually on the driver's front and passenger rear brake pads, not on the rotor. From mid year 03 and newer.

Love to see a photo of what you've got, thinking it might be the OEM style square stick-on wheel weights.

BTW, any luck finding the info on your stripe guy?

Ahh found it, see the thread here on on the TPMS https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...ad.php?t=83871

As I thought, the system works off the ABS sensors

And a free bump for the wheels

got a couple different, Kosei's and Team Dynamics sets for about the price of this SSR set and considering my wife will be driving the vehicle 99% of the time, well...you know women and curbs, i'd hate to see those things curbshot dented everywhere...if it were my car those SSR's would last me forever but to answer your question, i feel safer having two sets of wheels instead of one, in case the 'inevitable' happens.

Take a look at the extra fat sidewall tire i put on these Team Dynamics wheels, for added curb protection, LOL

and that's my rock bottom price...so please don't PM with any other offers.
I'll keep them if i can't get that for them.

Keep in mind, these have barely 1500 miles on them.
