These wheels and tires are still on my car. I just ordered a new set of wheels today so this set should be off my car by next friday. I may be willing to split up the set and/or just sell the wheels without the tires. PM me if interested.

damn good deal for someone. I would LOVE to have a few extras at that price but I have to sell a set of wheels first to get the $$$. . .

Off topic a bit, but are you the same guy as 1995Viper, if so that was a heck of a deal you got the otherday I was watching those and couldn't get in a bid.

Back on topic, I've pm'd the op expressing my interest in a single wheel, so if other folks are needing one or two...........let him know

I went ahead and put them on eBay since my new wheels will be here friday and I don't have any room in my garage for these to sit very long.

Which ones Smokey? I bought two sets in a week. One set has some curb rash and light scratches on the outer rim but they look sweet.

Yep. My odometer shows 19700 and I bought them after I bought the car so there's probably less than 19k.

The R90s I bought on eBay but I bought my Ultraleggeras from Tire Rack.

Price dropped to $799.

Oh ok. I thought you had bought them from ebay. There was a guy that lived by my work that had a set of the 18" OZ's on his space Blue checkmate. He was selling them on ebay. He offered me them for $1200. I think they finally sold on ebay for $1300. Not Sure though.

Wow. That's kinda high if they were without tires. I paid 1370 (incl. shipping) for my Ultraleggeras with tires.

Ok. I've lowered the BIN price yet again. Now is the time to let me know your opinions on my price. Is it still too high? If they don't sell I will split them up in pairs. Thanks.

You've asked, so I'll throw my $0.02 in ........

Yes, your too high. For me and maybe only for me you're about x2 too high. I honestly can not see any excellent wheels in your pictures they all have damage that would exceed my limit for the use of the word excellent. Could be only me, so good luck but we all know MINI owners are rather **** about our cars.

Thanks. If I'm that high than I'll just keep 'em. I went ahead and lowered the price and changed the description from 'excellent' to good. The curb rash is nothing that can't be easily repaired.

The curb rash cannot be easily repaired. Sure, a crummy job can be done at home and look good from 10 feet away as a good rating. Clear would be sprayed and they will look bad in two years.

To properly repair curb rash on these...the rim needs to be dis-assembled and the outer rim sent to a refinishing place with a CNC machine. The clear needs to be stripped, the lip needs to be machined to OEM new, it needs to be clear powdercoated, then reassembled. You are looking at $250 per rim if you don't do anything yourself.

You might be able to cut a deal, do the assembly yourself, and have all 4 done at one time. This assumes the center sections are perfect and don't need repaint/clear. About $500 if you work a good deal.

With that said, you need a buyer that can live with the rims as is in good condition with curb rash. Someone that doesn't want to fix them and wants to drive and not be so worried about waxing every week. Not a big deal and there are a lot of people out there, should be worth $600-$650.

One of the pics looks like the outer rim is "dimpled" or dented? Is it just the picture or some actual denting? I think it is on the left front, first pic.

None of the wheels have any dents or 'dimpling'. Must have just been the picture. Thanks for your question.

I just checked this out on ebay. One thing that sends me running away from an auction is a "private listing".

If you end up having to re-list them, I'd avoid the private listing option.

I'll keep that in mind should I choose to relist them.
