FEELER - BLACK JCW R105's Wheels & Tires

I'm looking at dropping back down to a 17" lighter wheel.
The R105 wheels are about 6 months old and I just put on Hankook Ventus RS2's 215/35/18 less than 500 miles ago. I also have another set of all season pirelli pzero neros with more than half tread on them. I would prefer not to ship them or breaking them up and I'm located in the Central Florida area.

Thanks for your time

Nice CR/B

Are you willing to sell just the wheels?

Not Really... it would be a huge hassle to have them dissmounted and then manage the process of getting rid of two sets of tires that I wont use because I'm going to a 17" setup

Yo Swarler, you've been feel'in over at sunshine for about 3 weeks, can't you just "feel" a price and put them up for sale? Or are you looking for someone to offer you a stupid amount of money? If you don't want them, post a price!!!

If you go back and look I put a price over on SSM and I put feeler out here to see if someone was looking for a great set of wheels to broader audience, but was trying to see if my local club wanted them first. The bottom line is I don't have to get rid of them, but if someone would like to make me an offer around $1300 I would consider it. Based on what I paid for the wheels and the fact I just put over $500 worth of brand new tires on them that's not an unreasonable request.

Here is exactly what I paid so as not to confuse you because you seem to have all the facts;

$1200.00 (you can get them brand new for $265 per wheel from classic plus $100 shipping)

$430 for the Pirelli's (About half tread left)

$560 For Hankook Aventus RS2's (less that 600 miles on them)

So if 12 to 1300 bucks is too much (or stupid money) based on what you would be getting ... then I'll just keep them

Does that work for you?

With a name like, "The Carbon Fiber *****" you'd think, you would have a sense of humor...

I have a great sense of humor, but I guess I failed to find the humor in it. Imight have been a bit hasty, but if I don't have something positive to add to a thread then I don't post. If you put the shoe on the foot you can see where i'm coming from.

If you need very, very heavy black wheels in size too big for mini, these are perfect for you.

23.3 lbs is not that bad for an 18" wheel...less than my current 17" s-lites

Heavy or not, these wheels are SICK!! They look great in person! I get to see these a couple of times a month, and Swarley keeps them immaculate.
It doesn't matter if they are heavy, he is not using them for the track, hence his first post looking for smaller size.
If you want a sweet set o rims, these are them.

Wow, hope none of these people ever have to sell anything.

I have seen entire shops with fewer tools than this thread.

Shawn, those things are sick, its a shame you are selling them!

Yea, those are nice wheels at a great price. I sold my JCW Wheels (the older style, but about the same price point) with tires a year ago and got just about what you are asking, except mine had 8000 miles on them!!

Good luck selling them! I wish I could buy them.

sadly, it seems to be the norm now for the NAM Marketplace. Just take a look at the last thread I started here for confirmation.
