My first experience using ebay, and I get the shaft.
Found some 15" R82's.. just 3, from a fellow in Florida, and didn't deal until I confirmed a deal with another party who had a single R82 listed. A set!!
Long story short, I now have 3 rims and know a jerk who won't stand by his offer.
Meanwhile, anyone know of someone who has an R82 15" they are willing to part with?
Snow is predicted, and I need to get some snow tires on!

Just shows you to never trust ebay. Seams like its a 50 50 chance.

 

Was the one wheel from ebay? Sounds to me like the ebay transaction went through smooth. I think ebay is 95%/5% chance and I like those odds.

 

Both deals were on ebay.. Benny at Papo'sWheels and Hubcaps came through with flying colors... it was item # 130044419144 that gives new meaning to low. Still waiting for him to cough up a remaining amount due. Won't answer email or phone.... and yes.. I opened a dispute.
Thanks for the suggestion someone made to ck out Morristown MINI! $$, but at least available it another one doesn't surface shortly!
By the way... we just got a good 12" of snow... envious of everyone else with the right treads! I'm aiming for the Nokian WR's... hope they are the right choice! Thanks for the comments!

 

I am putting Nokian WR's on my T-Reg. People on the Touareg forum swear by them. You can find them on ebay for cheap!
