15" (x4) OEM cooper rims. They come w/ Pirelli P3000 all season tires. They have only about 5-600 miles. Rims are in near mint condition, no scrapes / scratches.

Im not sure. I can call MINI tomorrow. I dont see why not, Im pretty sure they use the same bolt pattern.
