FS: Genuine Minilites (17") w/ Goodyear F1's

The image below is from the Minilite Website.

In a fit of wheel buying fury this spring I purchased these with the intent of mounting Avon Tyres and then showing the car in an All British Car Show here in Dallas. The show kept getting rained out and when held it rained that day too. I never mounted the Avons, in fact 3 of the 4 wheel/tires have not been removed from the shipping boxes.

These do not fit the theme of my Mini thats why they are for sale. It was not a smart purchase.

This was the original For Sale post on NAM for these this combo https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...ad.php?t=93876

Size: 17x7.5
Construction: Low Pressure die cast alloy

Weight: 21.5 lbs. Not exactly lightweights
Offset: Not Sure
Finish: Bright Metallic Silver with a Clearcoat
Manufactured: Somerset UK
Center Caps: As shown in the 1st picture above

Condition: Used, ~ 2000 Miles They need to be cleaned but otherwise are in great shape.
Hub Centric: Yes - No centering rings required
Lug bolts: Either OEM Lug bolts work 12x1.50 & 14x1.25 lug bolts.

Tires: Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 83Y 215/45-17

Wheel Information: The original Minilite wheel made in magnesium was probably the most successful motorsport wheel in the 1960's and 70's and in its classic form the design is still winning historic races and rallies today. Unfortunately this classic design with its deep inset is unable to fit modern cars with large offsets - enter the MINILITE EV2000.

As its name suggests, this wheel is an evolution of the original, incorporating the well proven 8-spoke design which affords strength with improved air flow for brake cooling. Aimed primarily at the competition market, the EV2000 is manufactured in primary aluminum, heat treated and machined using the latest technology.

Tire Information: The Eagle F1 GS-D3 is Goodyear's Max Performance Summer radial developed for driving enthusiasts who want more performance from their factory stock or aftermarket-tuned sports cars, sporty coupes and performance sedans. The Eagle F1 GS-D3 excels in wet conditions by delivering class-leading hydroplaning resistance and traction, as well as offers competitive dry performance.

Shipping: 49lbs per Shipped ground from 75093

List Price: $1660 when purchased. Wheel price has escalated due to weak $

My Price: $1200 Shipped in US or $1000 pickup in the Dallas TX area.

I'm a huge fan of those wheels, Nathan, but momma want's a new HDTV for Christmas, and I'm needing to replace my 6-yr old home computer.

Tempting. Very tempting.

There are two versions of the EV2000 ...

Those pictured on the Minilite site are the 16x7 "J" version:

The ones you're selling are the "B" version:

Thanks for offering the layaway plan, Nathan. I still don't think I'd be able to sneak that mod past my wife. LOL!!

It looks decent. The etched in Minilite logo is missing few letters. Hardly noticeable.

You are welcome to come over and look at them Michael. I'd offer to bring them over but the Mini is down for a little bit....watch for the details of that in another post soon.

BTW, these would look great on your vert...just don't fit the theme of my car.
