FS: Full Set 16" Runflat Tires on Bridge-Spoke Wheels - $400 - Only 400 miles on them

Tires: Goodyear 195/55/R16 87V Runflat (OEM)
Wheels: MINI 16x6.5 Bridge-Spoke Wheels

I just picked up my new R56 Saturday morning and will have aftermarket wheels and tires put on the car next week. The tire dealer will give me some credit for trading in the existing set, but they are certainly worth more. I would much rather put them in the hands of someone that needs them without so much capitalism involved.

The tires will have approximately 400 miles on them so they have almost no treadwear since I'm driving very conservatively during break in. I could not find any curb rash or other imperfections on the wheels or tires.

There are a few conditions to the sale. I live in San Jose, CA. I would prefer not to deal with shipping them, so I hope to find a buyer within reasonable range to pick them up. I will accept cash only.

My asking price is $400 for the whole set. Four Tires, wheels, and hub caps are included.

Keep in mind these are 4-100 bolt pattern with 14mm bolt holes. I'm sure there is a simple cheap fix/adaptor to install them on older MINI's with the 12mm wheel bolt diameter.

Here is a picture of the car I took in the showroom this Saturday, September 8th. I can certainly take close up pictures if that helps.

Are they performance or all-season tires? I wish I'd gotten the All-Seasons on my R56.

Good luck!

I hear you I was almost wishing I was in the Bay Area, but then I wouldn't have the Dragon around the corner! Which might be the reason we go through so many tires around here

I'm not entirely opposed to shipping, just hoping to take the easier path

The tires are Goodyear Excellence RunOnFlat All-Season.

Hi there -- should you choose to ship, how much would you charge in total to get them to 98103 (Seattle)? Paypal would be preferred from my perspective. Thanks for considering.

I thought I've read or heard that you CAN put R56 wheels on any R50/R53. You just can't do the reverse. Did I hear right?

Good luck with the sale! Great price!

This I believe is true. TireRack told me this is the case as the R56 has bigger brakes. They have the same patterns.

I may be willing to pick them up for you but then I would have to have something in trade.

Many thanks! I'm not sure if anything extra is required for a secure fit of an R56 wheel on an R53, just pointing out the minor difference to avoid any unfortunate surprises for the buyer.

I have a number of PM's from interested buyers. I am just holding off on the closing the sale until I am ready to ship. The new wheels should be on around Wednesday and I'll touch bases then.

Thanks for so much interest! NAM RULES!

I know this is not the correct thread...

First, congrats on the sale.

Second, can we see some pics. of the new Konig setup - I am considering EXACTLY the same set for my PS MCS.

Thanks, here are the first two . I didn't expect the spokes to look so thin from the side. The rotors and calipers really stand out. I'm ok with this though and the car grips like crazy now with almost no compromise in ride comfort! Now I'm thinking about painting the calipers, swapping to drilled/slotted rotors and possibly lowering the car a little to enhance the look. It never ends! Specify 14mm bolt holes if your MINI is an 07. Konig will modify them before shipping for no extra charge.

Those look great.

I actually like how "thin" the spokes appear from the side. The wheels are pretty light weight so it makes sense that they are spindly and open - a lot like the OZ Ultraleggera in black.

You should definitely post some more pics in the "Show Me Your Wheels" thread - I think yours is the first R56 I have seen with these Konigs.

Now, I will have to decide whether to buy these or the Rota RBs in silver...

Thanks again.
