New England: 16" x 7.5" Kosei K1 Racing with 215/45R16 Hankook RS2 z212
I've made the jump to R-compound tires, so my old autocross / track wheels are for sale.
Gray 16x7.5 +43 offset Kosei K1 Racing wheels with 215/45R16 Hankook RS2 z212 tires. Metal centering rings included. I have center caps for the wheels too, but have never used them myself.
Wheels are in great shape cosmetically. No curb rash. A little pitting from brake dust in the corners of the wheel. One wheel is bent, but can be balanced and does not cause vibrations at speed up to 105mph (the fastest I've gotten my Cooper up to on the track).
The tires have 4/32 tread (or more) left on them. I only use them for autocross and track events. I use a tread depth gauge every time I mount them on the car to even out the wear. So, the 4/32 is a real measurement and the wear is very even across all tires. I run with front camber plates, so the wear is pretty even across the tire too. There is still a little more wear on the outside compared to the inside, but nowhere near as bad as without camber plates.
Tire + wheel weighs 35lbs per corner (from UPS scale).
$300
I live in Northern Vermont but do not mind travelling to NH, Mass, upstate NY, etc to deliver them. Shipping wheels and tires is crazy expensive, but if you want to pay the $175-$200 for UPS ground shipping, that's okay with me. Or if you know of a more economical way to ship them...
I only attached a photo of one wheel, but this is the worst one of the bunch. As I said, they are in great shape.

I'm not sure as I haven't needed to. Like I said, there are no vibrations in the car at up to 105mph. How much faster are you going to go?
I wouldn't have known one was bent except the last time I had tires mounted on them, one came back with "bent" written on one of the tires.

Which wheel is bent? I don't know / cannot tell.
Will they fit newer cars with the larger lug bolts? I'm not positive, but I think so.
Two have metal centering rings that are a sung enough fit that I just keep them in the wheels. The rings do not fall out of those two wheels when the wheels are off the car. The other two have metal rings that fit slightly more loosely, so I do not keep the rings in those two wheels when they are not on the car. The difference is the rings are made by two difference companies. I got the rings secondhand. They all work perfectly fine. The looser two rings fit correctly, they just have a tendancy to fall out of the wheel when the wheels are not on the car. I have not experienced any vibrations when the wheels are mounted on the car.
