WTB: aluminum shifter housing bushings

WTB: aluminum shifter housing bushings
Is there any way that I can just get the aluminum bushings without having to buy the entire B&M ssk?
Also, could the bushings included with '02-'03 shifters be used with my '05? Those ebay kits are pretty cheap, but they don't offer '04-'05 kits.
Or, any other recommendations are totally welcome.
