I run the Swifts from TrackWorx on my 07 R56 with Koni Sport Yellows, full soft on the Yellows, unless your tracking, then adjust as needed.

Just finished installing the swift springs, thanks to NAM write-up with pictures! Oreilly (formerly Kragen Auto Parts) loans Spring Compressor @ no charge. Install wasn't as bad as I thought it was gonna be (first time working on suspension).

I'll give my 2 cents...these springs are great. There is no other lowering spring that is close in quality and performance. They are what I've been running on my STF (scca autocross) R56 justa and winning with nationally. Perfect for street or the track and still a good ride
Pair them with some good shocks rather than OEM though...I have Bilstein Sports and they work great
