Although the synthetic motor oil in the MINI allows cold weather starts in rather COLD conditions, this block heater designed for the MINI will shorten warm-up time and reduce wear and tear. For 2002-2006 MINI R50 Cooper and R53 Cooper S. Also for 2005-2008 R52 MINI Convertibles.
Does not fit the 2007+ R56 MINI Cooper and S, or the R55 MINI CLUBMANs - no details on availability for the newer models...
