Well the news right now is that ROC CITY MINI in Rochester, NY is working on hosting this meet. Their current dates are June 30 - July 3. However they are still working the details, especially hotel accommodations, and other event sites. More info is due to be released next week.

 

Is anyone going? I see very little chatter about the event.

 

As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, I don't have specific information about events beyond that date, including MINI Meet East 2023. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, I recommend checking the official website of MINI or contacting the event organizers directly.
