BRPT: Blue Ridge Parkway Tour 2017 (June 15 -18) – Cherokee, NC to Waynesboro, VA

The Tar Heel MINI Motoring Club will be conducting the Blue Ridge Parkway Tour 2017 on June 15th - 18th, 2017.


This year's BRP Tour, the ninth annual running, will start at the southern end of the BRP (near Cherokee, NC) with an opening get-together meal on Thursday evening. We'll depart early Friday morning heading north on the BRP. Along the way we'll stop at different overlooks and other points of interest.


Our first overnight stop will be Friday evening in the area of Marion, NC or Banner Elk, NC. The second overnight stop will be in the Roanoke, VA area on Saturday evening. On Sunday morning we'll hit the BRP for the final leg to the northern terminus of the BRP in the Waynesboro, VA area. That should be about lunch time and everyone will go their separate ways with a ton of memories and stories!!


Please note: Our little club has grown so much that we do require registration for our major events. We collect a nominal fee during registration to cover the costs associated with the BRP Tour, and utilize registration numbers to book venues. While the BRP Tour is open to any MINI owner who shows up we really appreciate your registration fee ($10 per car) which helps us hold these national events each year. Note that the Tar Heel MINI Motoring Club (THMMC) charges no dues to be a member.
