I find that the wheels get a HUGE amount of attention. I have people stop next to me at lights trying to read the logo.

I'm delighted by the wheels, and the Toyos are incredible.

That's why I peeled off the stickers and made MINI center caps. Now the response is, "Those are stock wheels!?" or "MINI has some really nice wheel options!"

I did the same with my SSRs. I didn't like the ugly plastic (faux-chrome) center caps anyway so I painted them over and attached some MINI centercaps. I get the exact same comments now....I even had another MINI owner ask me when MINI came out with the cool new wheels.

Where did u get Toyo Proxies T1s's 205/40-17???
I didn't think they came in that size????

Love those wheels..... don't the stock 17's use the 50mm offset? So wouldn't the wheels with the 50mm offset work instead of the 45mm?

Anyone know what the best AutoX tire is for 17's? Wish they made a falken Azenis tire. That would be the perfect combination.
