Cleaning rust off of wheel discs?

ant, i'm gonna guess you're referring to your brake rotors...
the only way to eliminate the rust is to sandblast your rotors and protect the raw steel somehow (zinc, plating, very high temp paint, or powerdercoat) I powerdercoated the rotors on one of my show-cars gloss black, they looked awesome yet discreet.

I have encounterd on brand that has address this concern its Powerslot.
Their military spec cadmium plating adds a high-tech appearance and corrosion resistance. This keeps the rotor hats and edges looking great. The friction surface however will still corrode from moisture. The plateing is worn off in the 1st few seconds of the brake's application.
