I have a set of the Wheelslike on el's car but in gun metal. New in box $550 plus shipping. They are the last set of the gun metal.

there are some similar looking wheels on Tirerack.com, have you looked into that?

I've look at tire rack many times... Each time I don't like what I see, partly because the wheels aren't exactly the same and the lighting from when they took the pictures makes my red MINI look pink.
I used to have photoshop but I reformatted my hard drive and it unfortunetly got erased. I just wish I could see the rims on a MINI before I potentially drop over a grand in wheels.
Thanks in Advance!!

Here are the 2 rims photoshoped and 1 from the previous post. I included the original rim pictures for reference. I redid these pics without brake rotors to give them a cleaner look. I feel this will give you a better view of rim style.

Can someone tell me how to upload images without attachments?

Awesome!! Thanks again goatherder! This told me what wheels I am going get now it's between the panasports and the RO JA wheels similar to El Diablito's the great news is that it should be easy picking from here because I have seen both on minis.
Thanks once again for your support and technical assitance!

here's my feeble attempt

tweaked from Ryephile's beautiful example of Exel TZ-10s (hope you don't mind  )...

These are on the top of my list right now, but I can't find any other examples except for Ryan's. https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...ighlight=tz-10

I'm trying to decide between 17 and 18s, and silver or hyper black on my DS/B MCS.

Having the same debate for my CR/B. Love the TZ-10s. Nice work on the photo.

--->rpM: Wow - my car looks hot as Chili Red!

...and on your DS/B - either silver or hyper black (which is close to black chrome in aesthetic) would look HOT in 18"

I'm seriously leaning towards the TZ 10's as well... great looking wheel.

I'll probably do the 18" hyper black, but here's a rough photoshop job I did with pics of the silver finish (this is a mini I found on the net, that looked mostly like mine).

Anybody know if these fit over a set of brembo GT brakes? That's an issue for me.

Ryan, since I got you here let me ask you a few questions about your wheels:

How is this setup compared to a stock 17 (ride, handling, grip) and also compared to your previous 17" Exels? I have S-Lites right now with Dunlop RF, stock suspension. I seem to be the only one that feels the MINI doesn't handle all that well stock (leans too much and doesn't seem to want to change directions). I'm hoping to cure this with lighter wheels/tires, a larger rear bar, and possibly lowering springs.

No vibration problems with these wheels when used with hubcentric spacers?

Will it look lame without lowering?

I assume no rubbing issues with the ET42, even when lowered 1"?

How do the lug bolts work with these rims? Can you use wheel locks?

Sorry so many questions! Thanks..

now I'm less sure than I was a minute ago... I may opt for the silver.
