Tire Rack: Need price and availability for JCW 18" tire

I just looked around the Tire Rack website and could not find a listing for the tire that comes with the John Cooper Works 18" wheel.

The tire is a 205-40-18 Dunlop SP Sport 01 runflat.

I'd appreciate a price quotation on this item.

Thanks!

Dunlop SP Sport 01 DSST (Dunlop Self-Supporting Technology) tires are Ultra High Performance Summer tires: $255 each

Besides runflats you will find that 215/35-18 non runflat tires will also fit and work well. There are many to choose from compared to 205/40-18.

Minihune,

Thanks for the heads-up on the Dunlops. I'll check out the links you provided.

Tires for your JCW? Have you checked edgeracing.com? They seem to have the best prices around. I found Toyo Proxes 4 205/45/17 for $104. I'm sure they would have something for your JCW. Ah I just checked and they have toyo proxes for your car $118 205/40/18

Don't do the run flats

You'll regret the run flats on the 18s, that will be one HARD ride.
I went with the Pirelli P Zero Nero, nice all season (good in the wet unlike the Parada) with a good ride and fairly quiet
