Can a set of tires fit in a Mini?

Any one ever fit a set of four 17's with tires into a F56? May have to transport a set this weekend.

TIA

Fold down the back seat, and they should fit. Might have to be creative with placement, but should fit ok.

I'm not sure but when I took my summer wheels to have new tires mounted, I used my wife's Outback.

I carried 4 17"ers in the back seat of my R52, two stacked to a side no worries.

I’ve had 4 unmounted plus 4
mounted tires at once* (but no
passengers) in my old R50 and
in my current R55 several times
with no problems.

* 13 tires total if you count the 4
already on the car and the compact
spare in its usual place.

Can confirm this works on an F56, we do 17x7.5's with 225 tires fairly regularly, we've done wider tires since then and there's still space for them to move around, we run a strap to the seat latches I believe through and around the wheels to keep them from moving too much.

Depending on how far you have to go, how smooth the road is, and what you have available, stacking two horizontal on the rear seats, one vertical and one behind the rear seats probably works too but they'll move around a lot more.

I can confirm that a set of 17" tires will fit in the back with the seats down on the F56. I purchased new tires recently from tire rack and had them shipped to my home for my 2014 F56S. I put them in the back and drove them to the installation place to have them put on. They fit with no problem at all.

How have people arranges 4 in an F56. I have (it was not acceptable for a long drive) had seats down, two flat towards the front ot he car, and one tipped laterally up front. One tipped agains the tires in the back. But it was too close to the glass. Fine for my short drive, but not freeway. What has worked for others.
