Caliper Guide Pins Sticking?

Caliper Guide Pins Sticking?
Hi guys, I've been trying to change my brakes, and I am running into issues with my caliper guide pins. When I removed the caliper, it was stuck (not too hard) and I managed to pull it out with a bit of force. I read that the rubber slide may be swollen, so I looked around and ordered some replacement ones from reading on forums around:
https://shop.advanceautoparts.com/p/...oot#fragment-2
However, these were way too tight, compared to the OEM ones.
So I'm back to the original ones, which don't actually look swollen.
I think that the 3M Silicone Paste is too thick, and it creates a vacuum. If the air is just right, sometimes the rubber-pin will smoothly operate. Push it a little too far however, and it gets stuck and when you manage to pull it out you hear a "pop" as the vacuum breaks.
It seems like the 3M is doing too well of a job, and maybe I need something a bit thinner to flow around the pin and not create vacuums?
Should I be using a different lubricant?
Any help is highly appreciated, Ive been unable to drive my mini for a few days now...
I uploaded a video in hopes someone knows what I am talking about:
Thanks,
Marios S.
