HELP! R56 2013 MCS Right Rear Caliper Piston Dust Boot

Hello,
I replaced the rotors and pads on my 2013 Mini cooper s today, and the passengers side caliper piston dust boot was torn In the process of trying to rotate the piston back into the caliper. Most of the boot ripped off with only a small amount left sticking out of in between the piston and caliper.

I want to just replace the boot, and im wondering if i do so, can i replace the boot without the taking the piston all the way out, and easily?

Any other advice for the torn piston dust boot i have? I am also thinking of just buying a used caliper for $60.

Thanks in advance for any help provided.
Chris

Today i am going to attempt to swap out the dust boot with an aftermarket boot i ordered from ECS Tuning. It is a centric part. I have received 0 information as to whether it will work or not.

Howd it turn out for you?

It worked out well. I tore the boot a little but during installation, as I should have lubed it a little more, but I was able to get it onto the piston successfully and it has been holding up since.
