Don't want to buy new Bridge Spoke wheels in black? DIY

I'm on a budget so I DIY on a Mini wheelset from craigslist. The Mini Cooper's Bridge Spoke wheels in black are around $225 each. So, I went on Craigslist and purchased a set for $200 with tires which I am going to toss out because they are worn. I can probably get $50 for all 4 tires (195/45-16). I should had haggled down the price because no one wants those wheels but I was too impatient and just purchased it on the spot. I went to Pepboys and purchased a few cans of filler primer, dupli-color black paint and clear coat. Along with the purchase, I got a few sand paper to remove the old paint and wet sand everything in between the process.

What you guys think?

I might want new center caps which is 4 for $20 on eBay.

They look great.

Did you put a couple coats of a clear coat on to help protect them?

Came out looking good.

I was going to go this past weekend and drop $1000 on some OZ wheels, instead I went to the junkyard and pulled wheels off an E30 for $100.

90% cheaper is nothing to sneeze at.
