ebay deals or ripoffs?

At first I though these wheels were good deals, but after searcing on this forum a bit, I'm wondering if the prices are too high.

Motegi

i wouldn't trust it... from motegi's website motegi's traklite should have a motegi sticker on one of the spokes... (they have it in another pic though... hm )

looks to me like a cheap replica

i have been looking at the exact same thing for a few days. it sounds too good to be true. the same company is selling 18 x 7 Formula 5s for $900 for a set. That would be more than $500 less than MSRP.

Still, one has to wonder. Why would their buyer satisifaction be so very high if they were selling knock offs? Someone would have found out about this by now if they were ripping people off.

I would like to get some more input on this. I think somebody should call roja and ask them about this retailer, which claims it is the number 1 roja retailer in the USA.

I just sent an email to Roja asking them to validate the product and the seller. I asked them to get back to me. I will update this if/when they do.

Probably shooting myself in the foot on this one, but they are legit...just got off the phone with my Ro_ja rep. They are indeed one of the largest distibutors for Ro_ja...and with those prices I can see why.

Wouldn't you rather purchase from a NAM sponser instead?

I checked and heard the same thing. I would purchase from a NAM retailer if they could offer me a deal like that. Did you have something in mind? I am fully open to suggestions.

I wouldn't be able to match those prices on rims alone...but with a wheel and tire package I may be able to be competitive.
