Where are y'all getting hub centric rings for 66.5?

I've only found one foreign ebayer that has 66.5 inner diameter. Does everyone wait for up to 25 days for them to ship or is there a secret source I'm missing?

=)

I read the entire thread. Long *** thread for sure.
Just ordered Enkei's VR5 in 18x8 et45

I see that the 205 40 18 will go on no problem and I think the 215 40 18 will as well.

What about the 225 40 18? I found a good deal on these tires and would like to do it if I wont need spacers and if they wont rub.

I drive a stock MCS, no big brakes, not lowered and have no plans to do either.
Just Plain Stock.

I saw this one and only post but I think the set up is different than mine.

I've got 225/40/18 on 18x8.5 ET42. No rubbing on suspension on JCW coilovers, so you should definitely be fine there at stock height. I am getting fender rubbing on hard dips and bumps, but I am lowered. You may be ok there at stock height. The rubbing is on the inner fender arch lip and it looks like it's going to correct itself over time.

3SDM 0.66 18x8.5 ET42 with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S in 225/40/18. No spacers and no camber adjustments needed. These bolted straight on with JCW PRO coilovers with very little clearance for the front struts, but no rubbing. I am getting some rubbing on the inner lips of the fender arches on dips and bumps, but the fender is already wearing away so I figure this is a self-correcting problem.

thanks for the reply. as you put in your other post, no one cares!

I have the same color car. where did you get/make those color matched mirror caps? very cool.

also, how about a front shot on your car, looking down the line (and the grill)

thanks again

Volcanic Orange is the best!

Happy to help. Sharing knowledge is what makes this community great and I would have never had the ***** to pull off this setup without some input and advice from another F56 owner running the exact same specs on his setup (different wheels but same specs).

Color matched mirrors were done by my body shop. I brought them a pair of the standard JCW PRO caps and said "hey, make this red orange instead "

I'll try to get some front shots for you in the next few days. Don't have any at the moment. Feel free to PM if you have any more questions on fitment and I'd be happy to help as much as I can.

excellent. I will take you up on that!
Once I get the rims mounted and balanced I will post some pics and you can show/instruct me how to get from mine to yours! lol

its the fully loaded F56, leather, XL nav, LEDS, back up cam, heads up display, yada yada yada. its already blacked out too, everything but the front grill and side markers so I am already on the path. Getting the black painted (as they call it) VR5 from Enkei. The should look good when installed with the 225 beef!

Very nice. I've got all those goodies in mine, too. Sounds like we've both got good taste

Definitely share pics when you get the wheels on. It's gonna look hot!

I just used 66.6 hub rings. Close enough to do the job IMO. 0.1mm is an extremely small difference.

Advanti HY Hybris 18x8 et45 with 225/40/18 perfect fit.

I am new to the Mini scene but not to the BMW one. I have a 2015 MCS, it's JB4 w/FF map 2 tuned with Miltek down pipe and 40% E85 fuel. It's got and AFE intake and I will be fitting the Remiss exhaust asap. I just installed these wheels today. No drop yet but I'm trying to decide coils or springs . I have springs alone on my X5 and it feels great. But I had coils on M3 which was great too. Please chime in and let me know what works best with my setup. Here's some photos of the wheels.
Unboxing
Before
Suspnsion not settled yet
After a nice drive all settled.

Installed on my 2014 MCS. No rubbing, no issues, no problems. Took 5 weeks to show up as they were out of stock....

Hey, they look great! Very clean . Thanks for the compliments on the mirror caps - I think I like them even better than my JCW body kit

Hi guys! I have Mini Cooper F56 S with JCW kit and r506 Cross Spoke wheels, but I'm looking for a new setup for the next season!
My stock specs are: R18 ET54 7J, lowered with Eibach Pro kit.
I want to run with something like R18 et 40-42 and 8-8.5j with 225/40r18 tires, but I'm afraid of rubbing, who rolled on such a setup? Any advises? Thanks!

look at my post #955 in this thread and you’ll find what you’re looking for. I’m running 18x8.5 ET42 with 225/40/18

There was a thread on here somewhere about wheel fitment specifically for JCWs since the Brembos are so big. I think it's really going to vary wheel to wheel and is hard to say based strictly on width and offset.

8.5 inch wheels work, but you've got a pretty small window to work with unless you like a lot of poke. At ET42mm, my 18x8.5s are poking just a little bit up front and are pretty flush in the rear. The clearance to my front coilovers is pretty much non-existent so I don't even know if 18x8.5 ET45mm would fit.

Your best bet and my recommendation is to find the wheel you'd like to run and purchase just one so you can test fit. Make sure you can return it if it does not fit. This may take some trial and error. Good luck

I went throw this thread 100 times before deciding what size wheels and tires I wanted to get for my 2017 F56 S. At the end of the day I decided to do TSW Valencia's 18x8 et 45 's wrapped in continental extremecontact dws06 225/40zr18 's. I am extremely happy with my decision. I am on completely stock suspension and I have no rubbing issues. The car handles

phenomenally and looks amazing a mean!!!!

Congrats! We carry their line, did not see Valencia on the list for MINI, thanks for confirming the fitment.
