:: ECS Tuning :: Sticking Parking Brake Cables ? : Gen 2

R56 Hardtops & R57 Convertibles ; having the same sticky problem ??

Having proper use of your emergency brake in your MINI is a must. These brake cables over time can develop rust under the rubber boot and corrode the cable making it stick in place. If your emergency brake seems to stick and lock your rear brake, this might be your problem.

Replace both sides and ensure proper brake release.

Includes left and right side emergency cables.

Fits:
R56 MINI Cooper / S / JCW (2007+)
R57 MINI Cooper Convertible / S / JCW (2009+)
