185 on 7.5?
Is this for a 2nd-Gen application?
If so, the OEM tires are 195/55 on a 16" wheel.
So your 185 will have a smaller contact patch and shorter sidewall.
Yes, they will fit.

Im putting konig 16 x 7.5's on my r50.
But will a 185 55 R16 fit on a 16 x 7.5 in wheel.?
Yeah, I read that on the first response.
Yep.
For reference the R50 OEM 16" tire is a 195/55.
So again, your 185/55 will have a smaller contact patch and smaller sidewall than the OEM combination.

Thanks for the help Erik!

To elaborate on what posts #6 and #7 are suggesting, the 185/55/16 tires are too narrow for the 16X7.5 wheels. They can be mounted on the wheels (one meaning of "fit"), but their performance would be far from optimal. So they won't "fit" in that sense.
185/55/16s have a rim range from 5.0 to 6.5", and are molded for a 6.0" rim.
205/50/16s have a rim range from 5.5 to 7.5", and are molded for a 6.5" rim.
225/45/16s have a rim range from 6.0 to 8.0", and are molded for a 7.0" rim. Some are molded for a 7.5" rim, but there are very few tire choices in this size anyway.
Thus, at least a 205 width would be advised, but a 225 width would work even better.
There may be complications, however. The pictures of your wheels mounted without tires on another thread seem to show some poke already. If you mount wide tires and also install lowering springs (I read that thread too), you may have clearance problems.
My last gasp thought is that wide wheels and tires will add a few more pounds of unsprung rotating mass at each corner, thus affecting acceleration and braking; especially on a MC.
