I am going to be replacing the 18" runflats on my countryman before I take delivery. I want to put on some good all seasons (obviously non-runflats) and was hoping to get some recommendations. The two I am looking at now are the Conti Extremecontact DWS and the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus. There is about a $300 difference in price on these two also. If anyone has an opinion on these tires or another recommendation it would be greatly appreciated. I am looking for tires that have a comfortable ride (i.e. not jarring like runflats) and low road noise while not feeling like I am driving on balloons.

I got the Conti ExtremeContact DWS 18" from tirerack last year to replace the General Exclaim ones I got. I was going to order the General Exclaim but they were back ordered for a long time. They feel about the same. The Conti may be a bit more comfortable, but then I was comparing to the end of life General Exclaim to the new Conti tires...

I had a set of Pirelli PZero Nero's in 18" on GP rims running with a JCW suspension. I loved those tires. They were a true all season tire in every respect yet performance did not suffer.
