How much would these be?

And any info on them would be nice (offset, how where to buy them, etc.)
Thanks a lot

Those are CCW Classics. 18x8 et27 up front, 18x8.5 rear et24. 215/35/18 tires all around.
Cost is between $550-$600 per wheel.

Quick OT question - would 18x7.5 et32 rears rub on a slammed R56? Reason I ask is because I have the aformentioned on an R53 but barely use them as they rub like crazy so am thinking of changing cars to get use out of them (cost me $$$$$ to get them and don't want to sell them).

Im pretty sure it'd rub. Pretty much anything rubs when you're slammed.
I dont have an r56 or 18s so I cant speak from experience though.

Not that I know of.
You gotta pay to play. I'm thinking about getting a set of these myself but they're getting really popular down here in South Florida (CCW is Florida based.) I'm friends with at least 4 people with these wheels locally (The mkV GTI above, a mk4 GTI, a TT, and an A4)
