S-Lites questions and an opportunity to SHOW WHAT YOU'RE RUNNING
Found in one of the stickies they are 17x"quote" and 50 offset. Would like to know the actual width and offset so that I may be able to find a new wheel and go with a more aggressive stance without any surprises. I am staying away from universal bolt patterns and cheap heavy wheels, I want something thats not only going to enhance the look of the car but perform better too.
I'm really hating the look of the S-slites especially since they're in white on my 03 indy blue/white S. Thought about powdercoating but if i'm going to spend money on that, might as well spend more and get something thats not 25.5lbs + more weight in paint  What would be even better.... pics of your 17s with brand name and specs of your wheels (widths and offsets) |
These are BBS LM's, 17x7.5", et40. Weight listed at 18.3 lbs - not exactly light, but not a boat anchor like many of the OEM wheel options, some of which are shockingly heavy. Tires are Michelin Exalto PE2's, 205/45/17. Not much poke (if any) here, and I like it just the way it sits. No rubbing or issues of any kind after lowering (H&R Touring Cup Kit, alleged 1.4" drop at both ends).

Im powder coating or painting havnt decided yet my s lites neon green or something of that nature, they are my winter wheels and i like them being heavy. Iv seen a bunch of cool subaru threads with all kinds of colored wheels and i think it looks so cool and fun, especially for winter wheels, since my car is never clean in winter anyways....
