Tire Rack has posted the weight for the 17" PF01 at 19.6 lbs. Is this correct or a typo?
Typo- sorry. 15.6 Lbs - for the ET45's. We're updating it now!

Mine are on the way from Tire Rack. Thank you, Alex. I will let everybody know if they clear my Brembo BBK.

They will clear, but be very careful with wheel weight placement

Will do as soon as my tires are mounted. The wheels look great and are oh so light!

This car does see some track time so these things are kind of necessary.

We could start our own thread if you want. There is a racing section on the bottom of this forum where we could post for this kind of discussion.

I asked because the kind of things you need to get depends on your driving style and your skill level.

These wheels do clear my Brembo big brake kit, even with the wheel weights placed on the usual spots on the rims. Thank you, Alex, for all of your help making this decision.

As much as i like this wheel, i really needed more width and a little more agressive offset. I found a deal i couldn't pass up on some Volk TE37s, so i purchased those.

How wide of a tire are you thinking of putting on the rim?

First a 225, Conti is coming out with a 235 designed for 7.5" wheels, so we'll see about that next time. So stoked for these wheels. I got them from tire rack @ 399 a piece.

That is quite wide. Hope they fit well for you.

I have seen 245s on the track once...

Here's a picture as promised taken before the first run at Lime Rock yesterday. You can see the clearance with the Brembo caliper. The wheel weights can be seen at 5 o'clock on the wheel. When those passed by the caliper, there was about than 1.5 mm of clearance (about the thickness of one and a half dimes). The wheels and R comps totally transformed the car on the track.

Boy...you could strap a brick to the tire and it would still clear that fender!! Lower it Mike!!

There certainly is no question about the clearance in that department, S-driver. The car was still partially jacked up when I shot this pix. I really can't lower the car much with the other wheels/tires I use on the street.
