Alex, any idea when the 16"ers will be available for sale? And, can you speculate on a 17" version of the same wheel? Thanks for giving me a reason to save some dough

This wheel will not, and is not currently made in 17's.

I can get a 16x7, but its Et35 - wich is very agressive for the mini.

This works great on Hondas and Mazdas, but you tell me If Mini owers would be in a fitment MORE agressive than Superleggera.

I do recall a 16x7 sticker on the wheel. I didn't know the offset, just saw the display was indeed a 4x100 (which also happens to fit many hondas). Sorry for the speculation I caused.

Alex,
When you say "cost effective" are you refering to the consumer(us) or the retailer (you). Give us a ball park figure, Please!!!!!!!!! there, I finally said it.

>>Would you recommend the tire be 195/50-15?

195/50/15 is lower in load capacity than I can recomend to run on a street tire.

And that's a very short tire (for street use)... the fender gap would be HUGE.

I run 205/55/15 on 15x7s... identical diameter to stock and lots of choices...they work great.

Any change on that? I'd love them in white.

Here's a Japanese site that seems to have MINI parts (at least, "MINI" is one of the few thing on the page I can read) that has them in white:
