TPMS and BBS R90's

I have a 09 S Clubman and ran across a set of 17" BBS R90 wheels. Does anyone know if these wheels can be outfitted with TPMS sensors? The wheels are from a 2004 Mini, thus before sensors were used. Also, does anyone know when the lug size changed...thought I read something about older Mini's using a 12MM lug. Thanks for your help
