Millennium Tires for Life - Anyone heard of it?
Tires For Life
Call attorney 410-269-6620 ask for Bob Cawood, he will explain. the contract you purchased is worthless...If you want to depend on Towson to replace your tires good luck. If the owner decides to sell like Tate did, you will be out of luck with the new dealer just like all the Tate Mini customers are. the Administrator is supposed to handle claims, if they are unable to the Insurance Company is... not the selling dealer..The owners of these dealerships were warned that this policy was a "Ponzi Scheme" and had no real Insurance backing it, yet they ignored the warning and continued to sell it because they were GREEDY!!! IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT USUALLY IS....
Tires For Life
Can someone summarize in plain terms what the class action by Mason, Cawood & Hobbs encompass?
I bought an 07 Cooper S at the dealer in Towson, MD and paid for the Millennium Tires for Life program upfront. I asked the Service Manager this year after receiving the bankruptcy letter and was told I will be covered for new tires after they've been determined by the dearler's Service department that the tires are worn out and needed replacement (not every 25000miles regardless of tires conditions).
