Which Wheel is Which?

I want to swap out my wheels when I take delivery on Clubman S and the wheels I want are Crown spokes or S-lites, they look the same to me...so...What's the difference?

S-Lites are more rounded and thicker in the spokes. They might be heavier as well, but haven't cross referenced the weights on these myself.

I prefer the looks of the S-Lites personally but they do feel pretty heavy.

someone correct me if Im wrong but the crown spokes are the newer style slites (07 onward) they look slight different and have center caps. The S lites are the older version and dont include ceneter caps. I dont know anything different as far as weight or other specs. I can tell the difference by looking at them though....

The R104 Crown-spoke ET48 22.7lb has a center cap and flat spokes.

The R85 S-spoke (aka LeMans, S-lite) ET48 25.1lb has no center cap with slightly curved (outward) spokes.

They are both 17 inch.

Hope this helps...

The Crown Spokes 'look' bigger when fitted - I like them alot.
