How is the finish on the Enkei RPF1 Wheels?
Do they have a clear coat? I noticed their finish warranty is only ONE year while the OZ wheels that I was looking at had a two year warranty.
The RFP1 wheels seem a bit dull (advertised as "bright silver") in the pictures that I have seen.
What do you guys think?
Thanks,
Doug

I've seen these wheels in person a few times and they look to be of good quality. I can't speak on the stamina of the finish, however I haven't heard of any specific complaints. The 17x7 SBC(chrome-look) is on my top ten list currently for my wife's soon-to-be MCS. It also makes for a nice dual purpose wheel if the car sees the track, which ours will. Classic design.
I would consider OZ to be of "higher quality" in the wheels dept, not taking anything away from Enkei, so the warranty difference doesn't surprise me.
edit: I'd love to see a pic of the 17's on any MINI. I couldn't find any via search; only 16's.

I have their RS+Ms and they are of very high quality. Probably wont be the thickest clear coat since weight is a big part of those. Enkei definitely seems to have high quality post cast machining.
