Wheel Gurus help please

Does anybody know what wheels these are? Picture is terrible and not mine, wheels are listed for sale(cheap) in another town. Was wondering if they are worth pursuing?

I can't tell if the spokes arc or not. If so they may look like a wheel I inquired about in another thread. I'll check.
