The tire shop scratched one of my wheels when I replaced my OEM runflats. It was a fairly noticable scratch on the ouside of the wheel, right near the tire. I read somewhere that runflats are harder to remove. Maybe the kid never dealt with one before. They offered to replace the wheel, but I just chose free installation/balancing instead. I really didn't want to come back again and spend another morning there!
