Are they gona rub?

Anyone looked at these wheels from WheelMax? They are G-Racing Suzu 17X7 with a 42mm offset. I'm wondering if the low offset combined with say 215/45/17 or 215/40/17 would rub if the car was lowered. They only want $800 for wheels and Yoko ES 100 Tires! They look alot like the Monza or SSR wheels only in a 17". They weigh 17#.
