The intercooler is a knock off Wagner,  it's literally the exact same thing BUT without that stupid coating that negatively effects their performance. I did have tabs welded into it too but only 1x lines up perfectly, the other you need to drill a hole in your plastic core support if you choose to use the mounts. It does fit perfectly. I am running full bolt on with an aftermarket big turbo and I was running 22psi and the intercooler never saw 50' over ambient and when just Normal driving in 70-80' weather it runs literally 5' above ambient and if your cruising fast enough it will run ambient temps. Only reason I'm selling it is I scored a nla alta intercooler. 
the headlights are only for factory halogen cars although mine was a factory hid. If it is not a halogen car you will loose the ability to turn on your brights. But I installed awesome led bulbs that are super bright , not brights bright but definitely better than normal ones they came with..
both the intercooler and headlights are only about 3x months old , have maybe 3k miles and my car is always garage kept and only occasionally driven..
300$+ shipped to lower 48x for both or trade for other performance/aftermarket stuff I might need yet.
