A great budget JCW exhaust, taken off a 2006 JCW MINI Cooper S with 55k miles.

A couple of the hangers were breaking off at the welds, so they were repaired, re-welded with 11 gauge steel plates that were bent to match the curve of the exhaust canisters. Care was taken to make sure the hangers were aligned to the factory position and angles. The repaired areas are not visible once installed, as they tuck up under the car.

This is a Genuine MINI, factory installed JCW exhaust so the mid-pipe is welded to the rear section unlike ones you might find online or from the dealer, where they're separated into two pieces for shipping and uses a clamp. Has a nice sporty grumble, without sounding obnoxious.

Please note the JCW exhaust tips are NOT INCLUDED.

Measures about 7 feet long, so make sure it can fit in your vehicle when picking up.
