North American Motoring - 2003 mini cooper s

Hello I’m selling my clean title r53 Mini Cooper, it has a 15% pulley other than that is totally stock, car runs great and has had multiple services done as seen in the last few pictures. Not shown in the pictures it also has had all front bushings and tierods replaced, both MAP sensor and crank hub pulley+belt, brand new bridgestone rft, always got oil changes every 5k miles while I’ve owned it.

Car runs great but has a few issues, first is the check engine light for assumedly vacuum leak (does not affect performance or drive ability) second is there is an issue with the clutch bite point being very low and it being picky about going into gear sometimes. The clutch was replaced 10,000 miles ago along with master and slave cylinder and fluid as seen in the service paper despite these the car is my daily and has treated me very well. Willing to negotiate on price (reasonably) and please message me for any more info! PS will include the muffler delete pipe in pictures but it has stock muffler on right now
