Super Nice! Love it.Do I really need a JCW R53, when I have a 2021 F56 JCW daily in the garage? I think this standard S model covers all my bases, really. Especially the BRG over black! How's the paint BTW? 100% PNW car?

Of course you do : ) Yes, 100% NW. lived most it's life in Portland, now it bend the last 4 months. Paint is in good shape, nothing major, but the typical wear/ tear given the year.

Funny I was thinking the same thing. Do I really need a JCW R53 when I have a GP2 that I never drive? Lol. This looks like a really clean car in one of my favorite colors with anthracite headliner! Shipping to Charlotte wouldn’t be cheap though and I’m guessing I would have to repaint the hood since I’m not a stripe person and they are probably ghosted into the paint.

Yea, I was wondering that too, as I only like the bonnet suspenders on certain MINIs. But if the paint is fairly decent, maybe the ghosting would come out during the paint correction... hard to say. PNW makes me feel a little better, I've bought a couple of dark green BMWs from Oregon before, and the paint has been pretty well preserved... but of course how the car was stored/used over the last 14 years matters most, even with the higher latitude location.

Wonder how it ended up at auction from the original owner?

It was donated by a Doctor in Portland (first owner), I did my homework. It needed new spark plugs, brake fluid flush, exhaust hanger (rattled on start), air filter, windshield wipers, and a couple of other minor things.

But thank you for looking into it

Nice car but I am confused, you bought this only to flip it?

$6200 seems fair if it is clean and original especially for a 06........ Thats why I am never selling our 02. She has 60K miles on it and I would rather keep it than let it go for $5K. They are way too fun and we have been waaaaay to used to having her for over 15+ years.

@MINIKB No I bought it to drive it as my daily, however, I am now expecting my first child so it doesn't quite make as much sense!
